Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Career Advising
Clarify your career direction, improve as a leader,
and achieve your definition of success.
and achieve your definition of success.
Determine your Path
You have high hopes for your career. You work hard as a leader or as an individual contributor. Likely, there are one or more opportunities or challenges in your professional life right now that have led you to look into coaching. You may be feeling somewhat "off", curious about what's next, or interested in advancing in your career or leading others with more confidence. Or perhaps you just lost your job, are feeling frustrated with your leaders, and/or are trying to cope with a toxic work culture.
I am an Executive Leadership Coach and Career Advisor with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. My clients represent all possible backgrounds, career phases, gender identities, and lived experiences. If your career questions and research have led you here, then we might be a good fit for working together. I would like to hear your story and see if I can offer you an outside perspective, a sounding board, out-of-the-box ideas, best practices, and other resources.
I help people like you assess things, figure out what you want, and take action to improve your career and leadership position. You can feel more fulfilled, so that facing Monday mornings or leading your team bring you more energy and a greater sense of meaning, purpose, and accomplishment.
- What do you want out of your career?
- What options should you explore next?
- Should you stay or should you go?
- Can you adjust anything to help you feel better in your current role?
- Are you looking to recover and move on from a job loss?
- Were you recently promoted and want support as you onboard to your new role?
